To assist with efficiently achieving service of your documents we ask you to provide, where possible, some or all of the following information:

• A photograph of the person

• An alternate address ie. work, family member, gym, school, known time location

• Their vehicle details ie. colour, make, model, rego

• Information relating to our personal safety ie. previous domestic violence, behaviours, dangerous animals, avoiding service deliberately.

We take payment upfront prior to serving the documents. We will accept EFT directly into our bank account using the following details. Please use the persons name we will be serving as the payment reference. We will also accept a cheque addressed to SC Doc Service, if it’s mailed with the original documents.

We offer Unlimited* attempts at service within 15km of Maroochydore CBD. Outside 15km, we still include multiple attempts at service. Rest assured, we operate 24/7 and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.
