To assist with efficiently achieving service of your documents we ask, where possible, you to provide some or all of the following information:
- A photograph of the person - An alternate address ie. work, family member, gym, school, known time location - Their vehicle details ie. colour, make, model, rego - Information relating to our personal safety ie. previous domestic violence, behaviours, dangerous animals, avoiding service deliberately.
Payment
We take payment upfront prior to serving the documents. We will accept EFT directly into our bank account using the following details. Please use the persons name we will be serving as the payment reference. We will also accept a cheque addressed to SC Doc Service, if it's mailed with the original documents.
We offer Unlimited* attempts at service within 15km of Maroochydore CBD. Outside 15km, we still include multiple attempts at service. Rest assured, we operate 24/7 and will do whatever it takes to get the job done.

*Unlimited attempts at service is offered for close proximity work within 15km of Maroochydore CBD. This applies to one address only. At our discretion, we may offer to attempt a work or alternate address if located very close by. If information provided by you is old, wrong or not relevant, and an amendment to the instructions is required, additional fees will apply. This offer is provided at our discretion and fair use applies.
