To serve documents we travel to the most likely location of the recipient, usually from information provided in your instructions. This may be a personal residence or place of business.

Generally people are expecting the documents and receive them without a hassle. However, from time to time, people do attempt to avoid service requiring some initiative and persistence on our part. We don't give up easily. We can conduct searches and attempt to locate new addresses for persons that you are unable to locate.

All communication had with our clients and the jobs we conduct will remain 100% confidential.

We serve documents all across the Sunshine Coast. We travel as far south as Caboolture, and as far north as Gympie. We even serve in the Hinterland, Noosa Heads and all down the coast through Coolum, Maroochydore, Alexandra Headlands, Buderim, Nambour, Mooloolaba, Buddina, Kawana, Birtinya, Currimunidi and Caloundra.

Pricing does differ, and is based on the distance that we travel from Maroochydore to the required service location. Depending on the location we offer multiple attempts for service as sometimes people aren't home or immediately available. This will be discussed with you at the quoting stage.

We are based in Maroochydore on the Sunshine Coast. We do have a mobile service and can provide collection of documents up to 20km from Maroochydore, with exceptions being made upon request. Alternatively, you can simply express post the documents to our Po Box address. We will collect them the following day and commence service for you.

Please include your instructions, self addressed return express post envelope, the original and a copy of your documents for service. For Applications for Divorce please obtain the service pack from the Family Court. If possible, include a photograph of the person being served to assist with identification.

We serve all types of documents, including Applications for Divorce, Writs & Subpoenas, Complaints, Debts Owing, Civil Action and QCAT documents, Bankruptcy Notices, Final Notices or Foreclosure documents, and all summonses and subpoenas.

We serve documents for the Australia Court systems including: Family Law, Civil, District, Magistrate, Federal, and Supreme Courts.

We can also serve any other private, corporate, financial or court documents you may have.

Once we have successfully completed service of your documents we will inform you of this via a text message immediately after service.

If required, we then complete an Affidavit of Service and have this witnessed by a Justice of the Peace. We then send the Affidavit and a copy of the invoice to your requested mailing address with the self addressed express post envelope you have provided. For local clients, we can hand deliver to you, with prior arrangement.
