Step 2 - Us
We collect the documents from our PO Box and schedule service. We aim to service documents within 2-3 days of receiving them. If urgent service is required please let us know when you call and we will make sure this happens.
We then locate the person for service and deliver the documents. At this time we make every effort to obtain an Acknowledgement of Service from the person, however not everyone is obliging with this request. Luckily this is not essential when completing service by hand, and our Affidavit will satisfy the courts.
Once service has been successful we complete an Affidavit of Service detailing the service process. This legal document is Us confirming we have completed service, and that the said person is in receipt of the required documents. The Affidavit is then witnessed by a Justice of the Peace before we return it to you.
We then package up the Affidavit of Service and the second copy of the documents, and return them to you in the self-addressed express post envelope you provided to us. We will also included a paid invoice for your records.
